Chargable Extras

Please find below our current additional charges above the Early Years Funding Entitlement. This information is correct for Academic year 2025-2026.

Free entitlement hours –15/30 hours per week

Funded offer:

Term time: 15 hours per week/ 30 hours per week (38 weeks).

All year/stretched:11.4 hours per week/ 22.8 hours per week (50 weeks) 2,3 and 4 years.

Monday to Friday 8am until 5.30pm 3 and 4 year olds.

Monday to Friday 9am until 3pm 2,3 and 4 year olds.

Additional hours purchased

Up to 30 hours (minus funded hours) per week for 2 year olds 9am to 3pm - cost per hour, £4.50.

Up to 47.5 hours (minus funded hours) per week 3 and 4 year olds - cost per hour, £4.50. 

Meals/snacks

Snacks, milk and water are currently provided by the setting free of charge.

School lunch can be bought from the school via the Scopay App. Daily cost, £2.50.

Alternatively parents can provide a packed lunch in line with the settings healthy eating guidance.

Consumables (for example, nappies and sun cream)

All consumables are currently provided by the setting free of charge.

Additional voluntary services (for example, trips, forest school sessions or foreign language lessons)

Any pre-school trips will be offered on a voluntary attendance basis and costed according to the location and travel arrangements. 

Invoices for additional childcare fees are issued fortnightly in advance and are payable immediately. Little Angels Childcare accepts payment by bank transfer, cash, childcare vouchers and NSI tax free childcare. Statements are issued on request to provide evidence for universal credit claims.
